STEP 1: Login to BookingAutomation > Settings > Apps & Integration > Pre-Arrival-Tool

STEP 2: Enable rooms

STEP 3: That's it! Now put your BookingAutomation username on ChargeAutomation and you are good to go.

Each reservation's unique pre check in link can be generated using the following template URL. Copy the template URL below and paste it to your messaging sent through your account.

STEP 1: Login to BookingAutomation > Settings > Apps & Integration > Pre-Arrival-Tool

​STEP 2: Select the newly added property you have then enable the rooms and Save.

STEP 3: Go to your ChargeAutomation account > Settings > Properties > Click on "Re-Sync Properties"

Then enable the property by turning it ON after.

Step 1: Log in to your Charge Automation account then go to Settings > Preferences > PMS Modification.

Step 2: Turn on 'NEW BOOKING RECEIVED' and save.

Step 3: In your BookingAutomation account, you can use:

Create an Auto Action and put this Template Variable http://app.chargeautomation.com/onlinecheckin?bookingid=[BOOKID]&firstname=[GUESTFIRSTNAME] to the email content.

NOTE: Only new bookings received after turning ON "New Booking Received" will see the pre check-in link.

Step 2: Enable the Rooms

Step 3: Log in to your ChargeAutomation account.

Step 4: Go to Settings > Properties. Click on 'Re-Sync Properties'.
