1. Login to your ChargeAutomation account here <a href="https://chargeautomation.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">chargeautomation.com</a>.
2. Connect your payment gateway (for example Stripe, etc) and choose if you want to turn on "Chargeback Protection" feature then click continue.

3. On PMS step, choose Opera Cloud from the PMS list. 

4. Add your OPERA Cloud details:
 - Enterprise ID
 - Chain code
 - Hotel ID(s) for each property you want to connect
 - Region
 - Confirmation that you have an OPERA Cloud Foundations license** You can log in to your respective Customer Developer portal, and within the Environment tab, you can copy all the above <a href="https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/hospitality/integration-platform/ohipu/t_viewing_environment_details.htm" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/hospitality/integration-platform/ohipu/t_viewing_environment_details.htm</a>
5. We request the connection. Our team adds your OPERA Cloud environment to our OHIP partner account and sends a connection request to your organization.
6. Approve the connection. Your OPERA Cloud administrator approves the ChargeAutomation connection request and selects which hotels ChargeAutomation can access. 
 1. You can also login to your <a href="https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/hospitality/integration-platform/ohipu/t_managing_partner_connections_ocim.htm" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Customer Developer Portal </a>to review and approve the request
7. We complete the setup. Our team configures the connection in ChargeAutomation and verifies that your reservations are syncing correctly. We’ll let you know once your integration is live.

The rules will apply to new reservations after you go live. You can also manually share the same rules to existing reservations if you choose to.
