Setting up your ChargeAutomation with Track
Login to your ChargeAutomation account here chargeautomation.com
Connect your payment gateway (for example Stripe, etc) and choose if you want to turn on "Chargeback Protection" feature then click continue.
On PMS step, choose Track from the PMS list.
How to get your Server Key and Server secret
To connect your Track account with ChargeAutomation you will need your server key, server secret and Customer Domain from Track.
Login to your Track account then click on the settings icon.
On the configuration screen, click on Company Setup and then API Key.
On the API Keys page, click on + Server key
Add the name (e.g. ChargeAutomation Key) for creating a new API Key and click Save key
You can copy the key, secret and custom domain.
For the custom domain, please use your TRACK customer subdomain name. So in the image below it will be *test*
4. Once you have your key , secret and custom domain, paste it into ChargeAutomation and click on the "Continue" button for a successful integration.
Continue below steps within ChargeAutomation
Now you can continue and customize your guest experience & payment rules per Booking Channel & per Property. Last step is to activate your properties and you're done.
The rules will apply to new reservations after you go live. You can also manually share the same rules to existing reservations if you choose to.
