Update required: Continue to connect ChargeAutomation and Stripe

As an existing user that connected Stripe to ChargeAutomation, we’re excited to announce that you can now upgrade your experience to our new app for Stripe.

To continue syncing your Stripe data with ChargeAutomation you’re required to update your experience in the App Settings page in your Stripe Dashboard. By completing this instant update, you’ll be able to:

● Continue syncing your Stripe data with ChargeAutomation

● View latest reservation status right from your Stripe Dashboard.

● Check reservation source, stay dates, guest name, property name, pre check-in status and security deposit status right within Stripe

Here are the quick steps to update our new app:

1. Go to the App Settings page in your Stripe Dashboard

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find ChargeAutomation in the "Connect Extensions" section

3. Click ‘Update’ and you will be prompted to accept permissions to install the new app

4. Click 'Update' again and the new version of ChargeAutomation app will open in the right-hand drawer of your dashboard

This update is required as Stripe is transitioning all existing extensions to Stripe Apps. If you have issues
