New Payment Methods Available
In addition to credit cards, you can now offer your guests popular alternative payment methods, including:

Klarna
Giropay (popular in Germany)
iDEAL (popular Netherlands)
Pix (popular in Brazil)
SEPA (standardized euro bank transfer system popular across 36 European countries, including all EU members plus nations like Norway, Switzerland, and the UK)
Ali Pay (popular with Chinese guests)

How to Enable Additional Payment Methods
Log in to your Stripe Dashboard
Enable the payment methods you’d like to offer (e.g., Klarna, iDEAL, SEPA, etc.).
Make sure your ChargeAutomation integration is updated to the latest version.
Updating Stripe App Permissions for ChargeAutomation
To support all available payment methods, you may need to update your Stripe app permissions.
Go to Stripe App Settings.
Scroll down to the Connect Extensions section and find ChargeAutomation.
Click Update, then accept the new permissions.
Click Update again to complete installation — the updated ChargeAutomation app will open in the right-hand drawer.
(Optional) Test a small transaction to confirm everything is working correctly.
⚠️ Note: Some payment methods only work with direct charges and not with authorizations. For example, bank transfers can only be used for charges.
