No need to create 10 Guides for 10 different properties.

Simply create one guide and use property dynamic variables.

Example: Instead of creating 10 WiFi guide (1 for each property), put the WiFi of each property in the property WiFi Details field as shown below.

Then create one guide with the dynamic variable {Property_Wifi_Details} as shown below:

NOTE: You can also set the wifi details per Rental and use the dynamic variable {Rental_Wifi_Details}. You enter the actual content of wifi details per Rental in the Rentals page as show below:
