How to Connect 33 Lock with ChargeAutomation

Setting up your 33 Lock account with ChargeAutomation

1. Login to your ChargeAutomation account here chargeautomation.com

2. Navigate to Settings >> Integrations >> Smartlocks

3. Select 33 Lock

4. To control 33 Lock devices using ChargeAutomation, you must prompt owners of these devices to perform the following steps:

  1. Download the TTLock app for iOS or Android.

  2. Create an account on the TTLock app.

  3. Install your 33 Lock device.

  4. Add your 33 Lock device to the TTLock app. For details, see the 33 Lock Lock Management guide.

  5. Add the TTLock Gateway to the TTLock app. For details, see the 33 Lock Gateway Management guide. Note that 33 Lock devices automatically pair with the gateway. Confirm the gateway-to-lock connection strength. For details, see the 33 Lock Gateway Settings guide.

  6. In the TTLock app, go to the lock settings and enable the Remote Unlock feature.

  7. If an installer has installed the 33 Lock device and needs to transfer ownership to another user, see the following 33 Lock guides:

5. Select your Property from the drop down and enter your TTLock User ID and Password and click "Connect to 33Lock".

5. ChargeAutomation gives you the ability to connect to more than 1 TTLock account. Once you connect a single property to a TTLock account, you can copy the same credentials to multiple properties by using our "Copy Credentials" feature.

6. Click on Copy Credentials and select all the properties you would like to use the same account.

7. After credentials are all set up, map each rental to a unique lock by clicking on the "Select a lock" dropdown and activating the rental.

8. Click on "Save" in the image above.

9. The access code will be automatically generated for your bookings moving forward.

Important Notes about our integration with 33Lock

  1. Reservations with access code will appear within TTlock 5 days before check-in.

  2. Reservations created within a 5 day booking lead time will appear immediately.

  3. Access code is regenerated on these conditions:

    1. Check-in or check-out dates are updated

    2. Property is moved between properties/rentals

  4. Access codes have a grace period of 15 mins before check-in time and 15 mins after check-out time.
