Setting up your ChargeAutomation account with FirstDataIPG
To connect your FirstData IPG account, you will need to provide two sets of credentials: your standard login details and a secure API client certificate.
1. Account Credentials
Username
Password
2. API Client Certificate
Because connections to [https://www.ipg-online.com/ipgapi/services] require secure authentication, you must request a client certificate directly from FirstData support.
Please ask FirstData for the following:
The .p12 or .pfx file (this file must contain both the certificate and the private key).
The password associated with that certificate file.
3. Submission Instructions
Once you have these details, please email them to your Account Manager or our support team at [email protected].
Important: Use the exact subject line: [Your Company Name] FirstDataIPG Certificate

Login to your ChargeAutomation account here chargeautomation.com
Go to Settings >> Gateway Connection and select "FirstDataIPG" from the dropdown
