Step 1: Go to <a href="https://app.chargeautomation.com/client/v2/properties" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Settings &gt; Properties</a> and turn new properties ON. In case you don't find a property on the list, click on Re-sync Properties and once it appears, turn it ON.

Step 2: Make sure that the property has been attached to all Upsells, Guidebooks and Custom Questions that it applies to. <a href="https://app.chargeautomation.com/client/v2/upsells" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Upsells</a>:
