Setting up ChargeAutomation with Hospitable
Login to your Hospitable account here https://my.hospitable.com/
Go to Apps and Click on API access
Go to API Keys (Legacy) Tab
Click '+ Add new'
Give your API key a name.
It's helpful to name the API keys based on your intended use e.g. ChargeAutomation-apikeyPlease ensure Read Calendar and Write Calendar are checked under your new Key
Take note of the Client ID and Client secret
How to Setup ChargeAutomation with Hospitable
Login to your ChargeAutomation account here chargeautomation.com
Connect your payment gateway (for example Stripe, etc) and choose if you want to turn on "Chargeback Protection" feature then click continue.
On PMS step, choose Hospitable from the PMS list
How to Setup Webhooks within Hospitable
After successful integration, ChargeAutomation will display a popup with a webhook URL copy the URL and paste it into hospitable by following below steps.
Within https://my.hospitable.com/
Go to Apps
Click on Webhooks
Paste URL and click "Add"
Continue Steps below within ChargeAutomation
Now you can continue and customize your guest experience & payment rules per Booking Channel & per Property. Last step is to activate your properties and you're done.
The rules will apply to new reservations after you go live. You can also manually share the same rules to existing reservations if you choose to.
How to send a pre-check-in link from Hospitable
Each reservation's unique pre check in link can be generated using the following template URL. Copy the template URL below and paste it to your messaging sent through your account.
