What steps to take when booking is not showing up in ChargeAutomation

  • If you are using Smoobu PMS, add Webhook URL (click link to see how)

  • Ensure the booking you are looking for is a future reservation with future check-in date

  • Ensure the Booking Source is activated or turned ON.

  • Correct property is activated on ChargeAutomation

  • Click on "Re-Sync Properties"

  • Click on "Import Existing Bookings"
