1. Go to Settings > Account Setup > Auto Payments.

2. Select the OTA

We work with any OTA such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, cTrip, Homeaway and Direct bookings.

You can copy the same payment rules you have applied to another OTA from "Copy settings from".

3. Credit Card Validation (Pre-Authorization)

How much to authorize?

Amount Type:

Fixed Amount - Enter the Amount
% of Booking Amount - Enter the percentage
First Night - Average of nightly rate

When to authorize?

Select "immediately" or certain hours/ days after booking.

Chargeback Protection:

Select if you want to avoid fraud related chargeback. 

Note: You can automatically re-authorize every seven days.

4. Payment Schedule

Amount Type: You can select % of Booking Amount or First night

Percentage: Specify the percentage you want to charge.

When: Specify whether you want to collect the booking amount "after booking" or "before check-in".

Chargeback Protection: Select if you want to avoid fraud-related chargeback.

Process only Virtual Cards Bookings: Some OTAs like Booking.com, Agoda and Expedia use Virtual Cards. Switch ON if you only want to process virtual card bookings

Note: You can automatically re-authorize every seven days.

5. Security/Damage Deposit

Turn ON if you want to collect Security or Damage Deposit.

How much to authorize?

Amount Type:

Fixed Amount - Enter the Amount
% of Booking Amount - Enter the percentage
First Night - Average of nightly rate

When to authorize?

Select "immediately" or certain hours/ days before check-in.

Note: You can automatically re-authorize every seven days.

6. Cancellation Policy Setting

Select the cancellation policy you prefer: After Booking or Before Check-in

Specify the amount you want to collect as the Cancellation Fee and Flat Fee (optional).
