Case 1:
If a booking Response/Description says Missing Card Details, follow the step below

  1. Login to your PMS or Channel manager 
  2. Clicking on Setting > Properties > Payment Collection > Stripe
  3. Under Stripe Payment Gateway choose the property
  4.  Make sure Save all cards to Stripe ? is set to NO
  5. Click Save. If you have more properties, go back to step 3 and repeat

Case 2:
Another possible reason for this error can be because you are using or Expedia internal payment collection system for a particular property. 

If you are not using Charge Automation to collect payment, the easiest way to avoid the errors is by following the steps below: 

  1. Login to your Charge Automation account and go to Settings
  2. On Settings, please uncheck the 'connected' tick-box for properties not being processed by Charge Automation
