If a booking Response/Description says Missing Card Details, follow the step below:

  1. Log in to your PMS or Channel Manager.
  2. Go to Settings > Payments > Payment Gateways > Stripe.
  3. Under Stripe Payment Gateway choose the property.
  4.  Make sure 'Save all cards to Stripe' is set to 'NO'.
  5. Click Save. If you have more properties, go back to step 3 and repeat.
