🧾 Setting up Custom Questions / Questionnaire in ChargeAutomation

ChargeAutomation allows you to collect custom information from guests during the online check-in process through Custom Questions. These questions help tailor the guest experience, gather necessary details, and streamline operations.

🛠 How to Set Up Custom Questions

  1. Log in to your ChargeAutomation account

  2. Click “Add Another Question”

  3. Choose the answer type (e.g., text, date, multiple choice, etc.)

  4. Fill in:

    • Question label (e.g., "Do you require airport pickup?")

    • Required/Optional setting

  5. (Optional) Scroll to the “Map Response To PMS” section to send responses back to specific fields in your PMS

  6. Click Save


💡 Example Questions You Can Add:

  • "Will you need parking during your stay?"

  • "Please provide your vehicle license plate number"

  • "Do you have any dietary restrictions or allergies?"

  • "Are you celebrating a special occasion?"
