How to Map Guest Responses to PMS

1. Go to Settings > Guest Journey Editor > Custom Questions.

2. Click Edit on each question and expand Map Response to PMS.

3. Select the PMS field where you want to show the answer then click Apply.

Note: If you don't have existing questions yet, click Add Question and do Steps 2 & 3.
