🔐 How to Connect YacanLock with ChargeAutomation

Log in to your ChargeAutomation account

Navigate to Settings >> Integrations >> Smartlocks

Select YacanLock from the list of available smart lock integrations

Select the Property you would like to connect from the dropdown 🏠

Click on Connect to YacanLock

You will be redirected to the YacanLock login page

Select your Country or Region, enter the Email Address or Phone Number associated with your YacanLock account, enter your Password, and click LOG IN🔑

Once the authorization is completed successfully, you will be redirected back to ChargeAutomation

The selected property will now display the Connected to YacanLock status ✅

ChargeAutomation gives you the ability to connect more than one property using the same YacanLock account. Once you have connected one property, click Copy Credentials to copy the same YacanLock credentials to other properties 📋

Make sure your rentals are configured with the appropriate YacanLock locks so ChargeAutomation can generate access codes for your guests

The access code will be automatically generated for your bookings moving forward 🔢

A property must first be connected to a YacanLock account before its locks can be used with ChargeAutomation

Use Copy Credentials if multiple properties are managed under the same YacanLock account. This means you do not need to complete the YacanLock login process separately for every property

Each rental should be connected to the correct lock to ensure that the appropriate access code is generated for the booking 🔐

Access codes are generated automatically for bookings after the YacanLock integration has been successfully configured

Make sure {Booking_Access_code} is included in your guest communication if you want the access code to be sent automatically
