Setting up your 33 Lock account with ChargeAutomation
Step 1: Connect 33 Lock
Log in to ChargeAutomation.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Smartlocks.
Select 33 Lock.
Subscription & Authorization
After selecting 33 Lock, a subscription window will appear. Click Get Started to continue.
You’ll be charged $4 per active lock per month.
An active lock is a smart lock connected/mapped to a property in ChargeAutomation.
Disconnecting a lock does not affect the current billing cycle, but it will no longer be included in future billing.
4. To control 33 Lock devices, ensure the following steps are completed in the TTLock App (iOS / Android):
Create an account and install your 33 Lock device.
Add the TTLock Gateway and pair it with your locks.
CRITICAL: In the TTLock app, go to lock settings and enable the Remote Unlock feature. Without this, ChargeAutomation cannot generate codes remotely.
5. In ChargeAutomation, select your property from the dropdown, enter your TTLock User ID and Password, and click Connect to 33Lock.
Note: Properties already connected will display a
🔐icon or a tick mark next to their name.
6. Mapping: Map each rental to a unique lock (or multiple locks) using the "Select a lock" dropdown and activate the rental.
7. Click Save. You will be prompted to choose whether to generate codes for New and Existing Bookings or New Bookings Only.
8. ChargeAutomation gives you the ability to connect to more than 1 TTLock account. Once you connect a single property to a TTLock account, you can copy the same credentials to multiple properties by using our "Copy Credentials" feature.
6. Click on Copy Credentials and select all the properties you would like to use the same account.
7. After credentials are all set up, map each rental to a unique lock by clicking on the "Select a lock" dropdown and activating the rental.
8. Click on "Save" in the image above.
9. The access code will be automatically generated for your bookings moving forward.

Reservations with access code will appear within TTlock 5 days before check-in.
Reservations created within a 5 day booking lead time will appear immediately.
Access code is regenerated on these conditions:
Check-in or check-out dates are updated
Property is moved between properties/rentals
Access codes have a grace period of 15 mins before check-in time and 15 mins after check-out time.
