STEP 1: Login to BookingAutomation > Settings > Apps & Integration > Pre-Arrival-Tool

STEP 2: Select the newly added property you have then enable the rooms and Save.

​STEP 3: Go to your ChargeAutomation account > Settings > Properties > Click on "Re-Sync Properties"

Then enable the property by turning it ON after.
