Step 1: Go to Settings>Preferences>Template Messages
Step 2: Choose Guest as Recipient and click the drop down menu to choose an email template

Step 3: Then you can modify the email in content section
Additional translations can be added by selecting +Add Language
We have found the Deepl (https://www.deepl.com/en/translator) does a good job of providing translations
Edit The Timing of Reminders/Disable Emails and SMS
To Edit when reminders for messages are sent follow the instructions above to select the message that you wish to edit, then scroll to the section at the bottom of the message where you will find "When to Send......."
Note: Not all template messages have the option to schedule or disable reminders. If you do not find the option "When to Send...." for a template message the option does not current exist.
Enable/Disable and Edit SMS Messages
SMS messages that accompany emails can be enabled/disabled by selecting SMS
They are enabled/disabled by using the Enable SMS Notifications toggle
On means SMS messages will be sent
Off means SMS messages will not be sent
The timing of SMS messages can, like emails, be edited.
If SMS messaging is Off you do not need to delete reminders

Please keep the following in mind:
Not all template messages have the option to schedule or disable reminders. If you do not find the option "When to Send...." for a template message the option does not currently exist.
If you delete all the reminders guests will not be informed that, for example, there is no payment method on file to pay for their reservation
Reminders are only sent if need.
Example 1 - Payment methods are not needed for Airbnb reservations, so guests will no be sent a reminder to add on.
Example 2 - If you are not collecting a Security Deposit for VRBO reservations guests who have booked through VRBO will not receive a reminder to provide payment details for the Security Deposit

Creating template messages in more than one language is a simple process.
Simply click +Add Language
Then select the language you wish to add
and click Add
You will then see the new language added as an option
Simply translate the contents of the message into the language and save it.
We have found the Deepl (https://www.deepl.com/en/translator) does a good job of providing translations if you need assistance translating the template messages
