You can receive ChargeAutomation notifications directly in Slack by using Slack’s “Send emails to this channel” feature. This is useful if you want your team to see important events (payments, check-ins, issues, etc.) in real time.
Step 1: Create an Email Address for Your Slack Channel
Open the Slack channel where you want to receive notifications
Click the channel name at the top
Select Integrations
Choose Send emails to this channel
Copy the generated email address
Slack will now post any email sent to this address directly into the channel.
Step 2: Add the Email to ChargeAutomation
Log in to your ChargeAutomation account
Go to Settings → Notifications
Add the Slack channel email address as a notification recipient
Result
Whenever a selected notification is triggered in ChargeAutomation, it will be:
Sent via email
Automatically posted into your chosen Slack channel
No additional integrations or apps required.

You can create different Slack channel emails for different teams (Operations, Finance, Support)
