How the link works:

Hostbuddy will automatically replace the variables in the curly braces ({...}) with the specific reservation details for each guest:

  • {Platform Reservation Code}: Replaced by the primary booking identifier (e.g., from Airbnb, Booking.com, or your PMS).

  • {Guest First Name}: Replaced by the guest's first name for personalization.

How to Send Guests Directly to a Specific Upsell from Hostbuddy

  1. You can send guests directly to an individual upsell by following the link below

  2. Add the Upsell ID

    • To direct a guest to a specific upsell, append the following to the end of your link: &upsell=UPSELL_ID

    • Replace UPSELL_ID with the ID of the upsell you want to promote.

    • Example Format:
