Network AE <> ChargeAutomation

We are happy to announce that ChargeAutomation is integrated with Network AE.

Setting up your ChargeAutomation account with Network AE.

To connect Network AE to ChargeAutomation you would need the API key and Outlet reference

  1. Login to Ngenius portal

  2. API Key : Settings > Integrations > Service Account > API Key

  3. Outlet Reference ID: Organizational hierachy > select outlet > click the same outlet once again> Check for REFERENCE

Important notes:

  1. Make sure you have the LIVE reference number

  2. Make sure to ask your representative to ENABLE external 3DS

  3. Make sure to ask your representative to activate insurance feature

Once you have the credentials follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your ChargeAutomation account here chargeautomation.com

  2. Go to Settings >> Gateway Connection and select "Network.ae (N-Genius)" from the dropdown

  3. Fill out the form with details from previous steps

  4. Make sure the Chargeback Protection at the bottom is checked

IF you still need to create an account with Network.ae, below is a few points that would help.

  1. Reach out to ChargeAutomation support via this link

  2. We will help you get in contact with the correct person in Network.ae

  3. They will invite you for an onboarding call

  4. Afterwards you will have to fill out documents

    1. In one document there is a section for technical requirements, 2 important points:

      1. Tokenization should be on

      2. Type of integration will be DIRECT API

  5. Once approved you would be able to connect Network.AE to ChargeAutomation
