This article provides an overview of how billing works with ChargeAutomation, including your free trial, plan details, and how we handle charges for your properties/rentals.


πŸ†“ Free Trial for New Clients

When you first sign up with ChargeAutomation, you get a 7-day free trial.

Important Notes about your free trial:

  • A credit card is required to start the trial on our paid plansβ€”Essential or Pro

  • Your card will not be charged until the free trial period is over


πŸ’³ Ongoing Billing & Plan Management

  • You are billed monthly or yearly based on the number of active rentals/properties connected to your account.

  • If you deactivate a property and you want that to reflect in your billing, you must manually remove that rental from your billing settings to avoid being charged for it in future billing cycles.

Note: Deactivating a rental does not automatically remove it from billing.

You can manage your plan, update billing details, and add/remove rentals anytime in your Billing Settings within the ChargeAutomation dashboard.
