When a reservation is fetched into ChargeAutomation, it may include a check-in and check-out time from your Property Management System (PMS). If no specific times are provided, we default to the property default check-in and check-out times.
How Check-in/Check-out Times Are Determined:
For most PMSs, we default to the property default check-in and check-out times.
For Hostaway, Guesty, and Track, we use the check-in and check-out times at the reservation level.
How to Update Check-in/Check-out Time:
If the time comes from your PMS, update it directly in your PMS or within ChargeAutomation under the Booking Details Tab in the "Check-in Time" section.
Got to Booking Listings Page and click on Booking Details like below
You can update the Check-in Time in the field below
If the time is set by the property default, update it in your PMS at the property level and then resync the property in ChargeAutomation.
To resync your property, go to Property Listings Page and click on edit on the property of choice
Click on Re-sync
