⚙️ How to Set Up Feratel
Before you begin, make sure you have the required Feratel credentials.
⚠️ Important: Contact Feratel before setting up the integration in ChargeAutomation.
You will need your Gemeinde and Objektcode, and Feratel must activate the required web-service connection for your property.
1️⃣ Open Property Settings
Log in to your ChargeAutomation account.
Go to Settings → Properties.
Find the property you want to configure.
Click the ✏️ Edit icon.
Select Authority Reporting.
2️⃣ Enable Feratel Reporting
Within Authority Reporting:
Activate the option to send guest data to your authority/police account.
Turn on Send guest data automatically.
Enter the credentials provided by Feratel:

These credentials identify the relevant municipality and property within the Feratel system
3️⃣ Validate Your Connection 🔗
Once you've entered your credentials:
Click Validate.
ChargeAutomation will verify the connection.
If successful, you'll see a Connection Successfully Completed message.
Your Feratel authority reporting configuration is now active.

Confirm your Objektcode.
Check your Feratel username and password.
