How to import existing bookings from PMS

Go to Settings > Properties and click "Import Existing Bookings" for all activated properties

OR

Click "Import Bookings" for individual properties.

NOTE:

  • For imported bookings, ChargeAutomation will not send any email to customers automatically.

  • On the Bookings page, click on the 3 dots and click "Send Pre Check-in Email".
