✨ Customize Your Guest Experience with Personalized Branding
Your brand tells your story — make sure your guests see it the way you want. With ChargeAutomation, you have two flexible branding options to showcase your identity:
🏢 Company Name & Brand – Consistent branding across all properties
🏡 Property Name & Brand – Unique branding for each individual listing
Let’s walk you through both and how to set them up in just a few clicks.
🔧 How to Access Branding Settings
Click the ⚙️ Company Settings icon at the top navigation bar
Select Branding from the dropdown menu
🏢 Option 1: Company Name & Brand
This is perfect if you want to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all your properties.
Upload your global branding assets:
Banner: 2730x728px (max 6MB)
Logo: Square (1:1 ratio)
📌 After uploading, be sure to hit Save in the top-right corner.
🏡 Option 2: Property Name & Brand
Want each property to shine with its own personality? This is ideal for property managers with unique listings.
When you select this option, you’ll see a confirmation that guests will now see individual property branding on the Pre Check-In and Guest Portal. To ensure the branding is applied correctly, make sure the branding scope is set to "per property." This step is crucial for displaying the customized banner and logo for each property.
Click Go to Properties to start customizing.
🖼️ Set Up Branding for Each Property
Navigate to Settings > Properties in your ChargeAutomation dashboard and click the edit icon next to the property you want to customize.
Go to the Branding tab
Upload your:
Banner: 2730x728px (under 6MB)
Logo: Square (1:1 ratio)
Ensure that the branding scope is set to "per property" to display the uploaded banner correctly on the Guest Portal.
Repeat for each property as neededed
