This is especially helpful for operators who want to centralize payments inside Guesty while still benefiting from ChargeAutomationâs upsell engine.
Important Setup Requirement
To use GuestyPay in ChargeAutomation:
The property associated with the reservation must be connected to GuestyPay inside Guesty.
If the property is not enabled for GuestyPay in Guesty, upsell payments will not be processed via GuestyPay.
Within ChargeAutomation Payment Gateway Step, choose GuestyPay and click on Continue

1ď¸âŁ Can I use GuestyPay for reservation payments or security deposits?
Not currently.
At this time, GuestyPay is only supported for upsell payments within ChargeAutomation.
2ď¸âŁ Can I use âUpsell by Requestâ with GuestyPay?
Not yet.
Upsell by Request is not currently supported with GuestyPay, but it is already in development and will be available soon. For now, Upsell by Request will charge the guest, and if you decline it, you can process the refund directly in GuestyPay.
