Here's how to use your Custom Domain in the dynamic link you send from your PMS

You've enabled the Custom Domain feature and want to use it in the dynamic link you send to your guests from your PMS to ensure branding consistency across all communication channels and interfaces.

This is the list of dynamic links for all PMS.

You're going to look for the corresponding link to your PMS and replace the following section of the link with your custom domain.

Let's say your PMS is Hospitable, then your generic dynamic link is this:
https://app.chargeautomation.com/onlinecheckin?bookingid=%reservation_code%&firstname=%guest_first_name%

Now, your company is called TwentyRooms, and your custom domain is checkin.twentyrooms.com.

You will use your custom domain to replace the ChargeAutomation URL (app.chargeautomation.com) in the dynamic link:

https://checkin.twentyrooms.com/onlinecheckin?bookingid=%reservation_code%&firstname=%guest_first_name%
