Navigate to Properties: In the left sidebar, go to Settings > Properties.
Select Property: Click the Three Dots icon, to the right of the property you want to configure. Click on Edit Property.
Automatic Mapping: Look for the Property Key field. In most cases, this is automatically fetched from your connected PMS (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Cloudbeds).
Manual Entry (If Required): If you are not using a PMS and the field is editable, enter the unique identifier provided by your channel manager.
Note: Do not enter random characters; this key must match your external system for data to sync correctly.
Save: Click the blue Save Property Info button in your upper right hand corner.
