We're excited to announce that ChargeAutomation is now integrated with AlinmaPay. Collect payments and security deposits automatically, with cards saved securely for later charges.
Before you connect:
Ask AlinmaPay to enable the following on your terminal:
Card Tokenization
Subscriptions (recurring payments)
Saved Cards
Without these, cards can't be saved or charged later.
Setting up your ChargeAutomation with AlinmaPay
Login to your AlinmaPay merchant dashboard
Go to Settings → API Keys.
Copy your Merchant Key, Terminal ID (starts with "TER") and Terminal Password. You don't need the Merchant ID.
Go to Settings → Webhook and add this URL: https://app.chargeautomation.com/api/alinma-pay-webhook
While adding the webhook, enable these events:
Subscription.Created
Subscription.Initial.Transaction.Failed
Subscription.Scheduled
Transaction.Canceled
Transaction.Captured
Transaction.Failed
Transaction.Refund
Transaction.SessionTimedOut
Transaction.Success
Transaction.Timeout
Unscheduled.Initial.Transaction.Failed
Unscheduled.Subscription.Created
Unscheduled.Subsequent.Transaction.Failed
Unscheduled.Subsequent.Transaction.Success
Log in to your ChargeAutomation account.
Go to Settings → Gateway Connection and choose AlinmaPay from the dropdown.
Enter the Merchant Key, Terminal ID and Terminal Password, then click Continue.
How guests pay
Guests are taken to AlinmaPay's secure payment page to enter their card details and complete 3D Secure, then return to ChargeAutomation. To save a card when nothing is due yet, a 1 SAR authentication is held on the card and released right away.
