If you have enabled the Custom Domain feature, you can replace the standard ChargeAutomation domain in your PMS dynamic link with your own domain. This helps maintain consistent branding across your guest communications and check-in experience.
How to Update Your Dynamic Link
First, find the dynamic link for your PMS from the list of supported PMS dynamic links.
Locate the link that corresponds to your PMS and replace the ChargeAutomation domain with your custom domain.
Example: Hospitable
If you use Hospitable, your standard dynamic link may look like this:
https://app.chargeautomation.com/onlinecheckin?bookingid=%reservation_code%&firstname=%guest_first_name%
If your company is called TwentyRooms and your custom domain is checkin.twentyrooms.com, replace app.chargeautomation.com with your custom domain:
https://checkin.twentyrooms.com/onlinecheckin?bookingid=%reservation_code%&firstname=%guest_first_name%
Keep the rest of the dynamic link unchanged so the reservation and guest information can still be passed correctly.
