How to Edit or Remove a Custom Question
Go to Settings > Guest Journey Editor > Custom Questions.
Find the custom question you would like to modify.
Click the pencil icon to edit the question.
Make the necessary changes or remove the question.
Available Answer Types
Available Answer Types
When creating a custom question, you can choose from the following answer types:
Short Text – For brief written responses.
Long Text – For longer written responses.
Date – For collecting a date.
Phone – For collecting a phone number.
Email – For collecting an email address.
Yes/No – For questions with a yes or no response.
Number – For numerical responses.
Choice – Allows the guest to select one option from a list.
Multi Select – Allows the guest to select multiple options.
File Upload – Allows the guest to upload a file.
Using these options, you can tailor your custom questions to collect the specific information you need from guests while controlling when and for whom each question appears.

You can choose which guests are required to answer the question:
Only primary guest – Only the primary guest on the reservation will be asked the question.
All guests (adult, children and babies) – Every guest on the reservation will be asked the question.
All guests (over 18) – All adult guests aged 18 and over will be asked the question

You can choose whether the custom question should apply to specific booking sources.
Click Attach Booking Source and select the relevant booking source. If no booking source is attached, the question will not be limited to a specific source.

You can choose which properties or rentals the question should apply to.
Click Attach Properties/Rentals and select the relevant properties or rentals. You can also attach the question to all properties.

The Map Response To PMS option allows you to map the guest's response to a corresponding field in your PMS, where supported.
