Step 1 - Log in to ChargeAutomation.com

Step 2 - In the top right corner click the “Settings” drop-down and select “Gateway Connection”

Step 3 - Select "Redsys" for Payment Gateway

Step 4 - Enter your credentials

Fields:

To obtain the specific data of your business, you must contact your bank.

  • Merchant Code(FUC) *: It is the unique trade number provided by your bank.

  • Merchant Key *: It is a unique “signature key” provided by your bank.

  • Terminal Number *: The terminal number is the number assigned to terminal provided by the bank.

Step 5 - Click the "Continue" button once all fields have been filled out correctly

How client enables recurring payments or subscriptions from his merchant portal?

For "Activate/Enable" recurring payments or subscriptions. Go to your.

  • Spanish: TPV Virtual (Terminal de Punto de Venta Virtual)

  • English: Virtual POS (Virtual Point of Sale)

  • French: PDV Virtuel (Point de Vente Virtuel)

Administration portal and activate recurring payment or subscriptions, if you not do that may facing some kind of errors.

Client Instructions:

  • Client must have active In site allowed domains, so the connection to display the Iframe is not rejected.

  • Client must contact his bank through 910 503 404 option number 3 to indicate to them the domain he wants to add.

  • Client must add the Domain as app.chargeautomation.com and chargeautomation.com for successful integration with ChargeAutomation

  • Client must "Activate/Enable" the secure payments option to process the transactions.

Troubleshooting:

If the Client facing these kinds of Errors "Payment method not allowed" OR "Card declined error" to Troubleshoot this error Client need to configure tpvv correctly.
