How to Create and Send Authorization Request

You can create an Authorization Request and send a link to your guest to collect Security or Damage Deposit.

  1. Go to Payment Request > Create Request.

  2. Put your Guest email address, Charge amount and select the currency under Authorization tab.

  3. More Settings can be configured (optional). Click on the tool tip to know more information about each field. Please note that Chargeback Protection is turned OFF by default.

  4. Click Send Authorize Link.

NOTE: You have an option to copy and send the Authorization link via SMS, Messenger, Chatbot etc. Once your guest receives the link, they will be required to enter their credit card details.
