Create a rule and name it (for example, "Pet-Friendly Security Deposit")
Set the amount, timing, and Chargeback Protection settings
Apply the rule by property, tag, or booking source
The rule runs automatically on every matching booking

🔄 Flexible Switch Between Deposit and Waiver
Guests can now switch from a Security Deposit to a Damage Waiver, even after it's been auto-authorized, for example when a card on file gets charged for an overdue deposit.
How it works:
Guest's Security Deposit is authorized
Guest opens their payment details
Guest selects Purchase Damage Waiver
The Security Deposit is released and the Damage Waiver is charged instead
Benefits:

Void a Security Deposit or a Damage Waiver on its own, or both at once, directly from your dashboard.
How it works:
Open the reservation with an active Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
Select Void on the Security Deposit, the Damage Waiver, or both
The Guest Portal updates in real time to reflect only what's still required

✅ Mark as Paid, or Bypass Mandatory Upsells
If a guest already paid a mandatory upsell outside the platform, you can now mark it as paid or bypass it entirely, directly from your dashboard.

Select Mark as Paid or Bypass
The upsell status updates immediately, no duplicate charge is created
