In ChargeAutomation, properties (rental units or hotels) are often handled automatically, but after connecting your PMS, you will still need to turn the property On.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Properties
Step 2: Find the property you want to go live with. To the far right, beneath the Status column, toggle the property On.
If you don't see the property on the list, click on Re-sync and refresh your screen.
