How to Set Up Upsell Notifications 🛠️
Setting up custom notifications takes less than a minute. Follow these simple steps:
Go to your dashboard and Click on Upsells >> Create Upsell
Select the upsell template you want or Build your own Upsell
Alternatively, you can select an existing upsell and follow the same steps below
Scroll down to the new Host Notifications section
Enter the emails or phone numbers you would like to receive the notifications
Click Update Upsell
💡 Pro-Tip: You can add multiple emails or phone numbers to a single upsell. For example, for an "Airport Shuttle Service," you can notify both your main office email and the driver's mobile phone number simultaneously!
What Happens Next?
The moment a guest purchases or requests that specific upsell, our system automatically triggers an alert to the recipients.
