🌍 Accept the payment methods your guests actually use

Expanding your payment options is one of the fastest ways to improve your payment success rate.

With this release, we’re introducing new integrations that help you better serve international guests:

Xendit (Southeast Asia): Fully automate your payment operations across key SEA markets, including Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore. Instead of handling transactions manually, payments are processed, tracked, and confirmed directly within your system.

Bancontact (Belgium): Enable one of the most widely used electronic payment methods in Belgium.

By combining automation with familiar and trusted payment options, you reduce friction, and more guests complete their payments.

📈 Why this matters

Payment success rate is one of the most important (and often overlooked) drivers of revenue.

In many cases, failed payments aren’t caused by lack of demand, but by friction in the payment process, whether that’s missing local methods or manual operational workflows.

With these updates, you can:

  • reduce failed transactions

  • eliminate manual payment handling in key markets

  • increase completed payments

  • collect more revenue without increasing demand
