Spain's Ministry of the Interior operates SES.HOSPEDAJES as the electronic platform for the registration and communication of accommodation-related information under Royal Decree 933/2021.

For SES.HOSPEDAJES reporting, it is important that your Guest Journey is configured to collect information from the guests who are required to provide it.

Go to: Settings → Guest Journey Editor → Collect Basic Information From Guest(s)

The Ministry of the Interior states that required communications must be made immediately and, in any event, no later than 24 hours from the relevant triggering event specified by the regulation.

⚠️ If information changes, make sure the updated information is correctly reflected in the booking before resubmitting.

If multiple properties use the same SES.HOSPEDAJES credentials, you can use the Copy Credentials option to replicate the configuration to other properties.

🔐 Security tip: Only copy credentials to properties that belong to the same authority account and should legitimately use those credentials.

Before relying on automated reporting, complete a test booking.
