We understand that there sometimes a need to offer upsells to only selected bookings. Our upsells are fully manageable, and you can attach many filters while creating/updating upsell items.

Manage Upsell Item/s

Go to Upsell > Manage Upsell. Here you can edit and update your upsell item/s

Note: Make sure to switch ON β€œStatus” toggle to sell your Upsell items to guests.

Manage when it would be available to guests

By default, upsell will be available throughout the whole year. But there are sometimes scenarios eg. you only want to offer a pool pass during summer. Then you can select your summer date range from "When can guest purchase this?" section. By doing this, upsell will be available to only those guests, where stay dates will lie within the selected range.

Currency Setting

You might notice that you are unable to select the correct currency for your upsells when creating the upsell, and can only select $ or %. The dollar sign is just a symbol to select if you want to collect exact amount for the upsell. Once guests purchased the upsell, the currency used will be the currency of the property. Just set your price and it will take the currency of the property.
