Managing Upsell

We understand that there sometimes a need to offer upsells to only selected bookings. Our upsells are fully manageable, and you can attach many filters while creating/updating upsell items.

Manage Upsell Item/s

Go to Upsell > Manage Upsells. Here you can edit and update your upsell item/s.

Note: Make sure to switch ON “Status” toggle to sell your Upsell items to guests.

Manage when it would be available to guests

By default, an upsell item is available year-round. However, there may be specific scenarios where you want to limit its availability.

You can customize this in the "When Can Guest Purchase This?" under More Settings section.

Currency Setting

You may notice that when creating an upsell, you can only select $ or %, and not the actual currency. The $ symbol simply indicates that you’re setting a fixed amount (not the actual currency type).

Once a guest purchases the upsell, the property’s default currency will be applied automatically. Just enter your price, and it will use the currency set for the property.
