We understand that there sometimes a need to offer upsells to only selected bookings. Our upsells are fully manageable, and you can attach many filters while creating/updating upsell items.
Manage Upsell Item/s
Go to Upsell > Manage Upsells. Here you can edit and update your upsell item/s.
Note: Make sure to switch ON “Status” toggle to sell your Upsell items to guests.
Title - This is the name shown to guests. Make it clear and easy to understand, as this is what they will see when selecting the add-on.
Internal Name - Used for internal reference only. This can match the title or follow your own naming convention.
Type - Defines where the add-on is created and managed.
Category - Helps organize your add-ons. Categories make it easier to group similar items (e.g. General, Early Checkin, Late Checkout, Damage Waiver).
Short Description - A brief explanation of the add-on shown to guests. Use this to highlight value and provide key details in a concise way.
Pricing Model - Determines how the add-on is priced.
Price Per Period - The amount charged for the add-on. Booking currency will be used as the currency type.

1. Is Your Approval Required?
Decide whether upsell requests need manual approval.
Approval needed: You’ll review and approve each request before it’s confirmed
No approval needed: Upsells are automatically confirmed after purchase
2. Is This Upsell Mandatory?
Control whether the upsell is optional or required.
Optional: Guests can choose whether to purchase
Mandatory: Guests must accept the upsell as part of their booking
3. Additional Fees & Terms
Add any extra charges or additional information related to the upsell.
4. When Can Guest Purchase This?
This setting lets you control exactly when an upsell is available to guests. This ensures your offers are shown at the right time and only when they can be fulfilled.
5. Set Reminder for Guest
Increase upsell conversions by automatically reminding guests about available add-ons.
6. Upsell Deep Link
Use the link in your PMS messages to send guests directly to this upsell. The guest's booking details will be prefilled, and this upsell will open automatically.
7. Attach Properties
Select which properties this upsell applies to.
Assign to specific rentals or multiple properties
Ensures relevance based on location or property type
8. Attach Tags
Control visibility based on Tags.
9. Attach Booking Sources
Choose which booking channels the upsell applies to.
Apply to all sources or select specific ones (e.g., direct bookings, OTA platforms)
